In a recent article I read it stated one in 20 Americans say they will purchase a home in 2010. The reason behind this is the fact they feel the market is currently at the bottom. As you can see from the market reports sales are up. With the government extending the first time home buyer credit and also adding a new credit to those who have not purchased a home in the last five years we are certain to see and increase.
